Antonio Gattuso is a Salamander Incarnate and member of Incarnate Soldier Unit during the War.

Appearance[]

He looks like a humanoid amphibian. He always wear a suit and a hat. When he used his abilities, the suit is burned up and his whole body is cover in fire.

Personality[]

He seems to be a rather laid back individual. However, his personality is actually rather combative, as he always said that he would like to fight Hank. When he got the chance to do so, he said that he wanted to see Hank's and his strength, what he can do, and how far can he go. His file also noted that he has a bold fighting style.

Abilities[]

Part-fire — He can cover part of himself in fire...

Fire Generation: His body fluid can burst into flame when exposed to air. This flame cannot be extinguished by water. It is unknown whether this body fluid is sweat, blood or something else. The fluid can be shot and spray from his fingertips or anywhere on his body, making it an effective short range attack. In battle, he usually cover himself in fire and attack up-close.

He excels in agile combat due to his body is similar to a typical soldier.

History[]

Blacklake[]

Antonio is one of the many Incarnates who follow Cain. When Hank and Schaal came to Blacklake to find Cain , Antonio was the one who guide them to Cain's mansion. When Hank asked why he follow Cain, he answered that his life has meaning this way. When Hank prepared to attack Cain, he stopped Hank with his fire arm. After Cain giving Hank two choice: to fight him or stood alongside him, Hank escape from the Salamander's grasp and attack Cain with the venom shell that Ned gave him, making Cain's blood clotting. Schaal supported Hank by shoot Antonio, but he spitted out some body fluid to burn the bullet.

When Hank were surprised and overwhelmed to discover that Cain deliberately hid Elaine's naked corpse, Cain saw Schaal making the many Somnium ores in his secret laboratory emit sounds, he discovered that Schaal like Elaine is a "Holy Virgin" who could listen to the "The Voice of Gods", he ordered Elizabeth to bind her. When Hank attack Cain, Antonio intercepted, and saw Cain stabbed Hank. Antonio left follow with Cain, Elizabeth and Schaal.

Capital Showdown[]

Antonio is one of the Incarnate join the attack on the Capital. He appeared after Bart, Jesse and the Incarnate Skeleton was killed by Hank. He then cover his body in fire, and engaged in combat with Hank. During the battle, Hank tried to rip Antonio's arm off, making it explode and make both his arm and Antonio's arm heavily injured. Cain suddenly appeared, and Antonio retreated, regretted that the battle cannot go on any longer. He sacrifired his life to burn the fortress to ash.
