Claude Withers ( クロード・ウィザース , Kurōdo Wizāsu ) is the leader of the Incarnate Extermination Unit Coup de Grace. He's known as a grim reaper going around slaying the Incarnates and is also the second son of Richard Withers. Unknown to most people, he is the half younger brother of Cain . In order to find out the reason for his elder brother Cain's rebellion, he decided to hunt down all the Incarnates who have lost their humanity.

Claude Withers is the second son of Richard Withers, Unknown to many people, he is Cain's half younger brother.
Claude was the child of Richard, his mother was the daughter of The Roses family. At the time, Claude didn't know that his father, Richard had an ex-wife, but he deliberately sacrificed his ex-wife in order to gain the status of running for president and gain the high-power support of the Rose family.
