Eugen Suhubiette is a Kraken Incarnate and member of Incarnate Soldier Unit during the War.
Appearance[]
His upper body retains more or less his human form, but his lower body resembles that of an octopus with numerous tentacles.
Personality[]
A cheerful Incarnate. Even though he mainly fought with the navy rather than the Incarnate Corps, he still have good relationship with the other Incarnates.
Abilities[]
Water Maneuverability: With the elastic membranes between the tentacles, he moves through the water with ease.
Enhanced Strength: He is capable of sinking even large sailing ships.
However, his lower body is vulnerable to desiccation. He also can't breath underwater, extremely sluggish on land and long-distance travel abilities are limited.

Capital Showdown[]
Eugen is one of the many Incarnates member who follow Cain and attack the Capital. He attack the fleet of Patria and flooded most of them. He got attacked by Hank, who cut off many of his tentacles and stabbed through his chest, and then lost his right body by Garcia's fleet.
