Spector Twilight (スペクター・トワイライト, Supekutā Towairaito ) is a Spectre Incarnate and member of Incarnate Soldier Unit during the War.

Appearance

After enduring many year ever since École was shut down, he looks like a skeleton with long black hair.

Abilities

Insect Manipulation: He can control an army of winged insects. By freely coalescing and dispersing, these insects can depict the shapes of people and object, and even replicate the voices and sound. These scenes can be easily mistaken for reality.

Enhanced Endurance: Even after at least 6 year since the facility has shut down and the stabilization tank has ceased to function, he still alive, though his body was reduced to a little more than a skeleton.

History

Past

Specter was one of the soldiers chosen for the Incarnate program from the École. Unfortunately, he was though to be have been in a comatose state, when in fact he simply had no way to communicate. Despite the instability of his power, his insects still observe everything that had happened in École. He remain there, still in the same state even when the place was abandoned.

When Cain bring Elaine's corpse to the École in order to extract the information about the Incarnate, the insects still observe them and see everything that happened, from when Cain try to copy Elaine's technology to make Incarnate, to the birth of Elaine's posthumous daughter Miglieglia. Cain then told him that he know Specter is there, and he should show Hank what happened here, then Hank might grant his wish.

Present

Specter's activity has sparked rumor about the ghost in the old facility. When Hank, Schaal and Liza came here, his insects start to imitate Elaine and the other activities that has happened during the Incarnate program. When they came to the room that contain the stabilization tank, they find out that the Specter is still alive. The Specter then proceed to do as Cain said and show Hank what has happened. He then ask Hank to end him. When Hank is hesitated to end him, the Specter use his insects to form a girl and help Hank shoot the Specter.
